"The superior studio can comfortably accomodate 3 persons but the room/s could use some reinventing. This hotel could have a rating of "5-star" but the interior should only be rated at about a 4-star level at most. After having been around for a while, the hotel should make an effort to keep up with its namesake of being a 5-star hotel. The location is excellent of course as it is situated right in the touristy belt... Besides, it has a mega mall with a small scale indoor theme park/amusement center adjoining it. Availability of amenities is literally just a stone's throw away! This hotel is great for accomodating families that plan to holiday in KL." - Siew Toh Ong

"Chic new hotel, huge standard room resembling a small apartment unit with living room (tv - but no cable - and hi-fi) floor to ceiling windows, kitchen area (sink, kettle and microwave oven), bedroom, bathroom with tub and separate shower and two sinks, we got great view of the Twin Tower also Genting Highlands in the distance, located right above the biggest shopping mall in town, complete with IMAX and indor theme park. Monorail station located just at the end of the main building. Will surely coming back, not for the lousy breakfast though." - Anonymous
