"The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and we would stay there again." - Anonymous
"The entrance is a bit forboding and especially on the days we were there had an unfortunate smell. But the rooms were clean and large and had most things except of course (all over the USA!) no kettle for my wife to make a cup of tea. But there was a microwave and we got by! The staff were friendly, the little cafe worked well, the parking was free, the access to all parts of LA (and hollywood/beverly hills) is excellent." - Jerry Perkins
"The hotel had been flooded and we were moved to a substantially worse 'motel' which was dreadful. I wish that we hadn't paid any money at all for this one night stay. They did try to not find anything at all for us, but then I pointed out that we had paid a deposit. " - Carla Jarmain
"The room was cleaned every day. Car parking and wireless connection are free. Cafe 101 is just downstair with good valued meal every day. It seems to be always crowded at every hours of the day. it is near Hollywood Vine station which is easy to access from airport by flyaway bus and then Metro red line from Union station. a slightly upsloped was expected at Argle street before walking to hotel. it is only 2 station away from Universal City station. Driving north of 101 highway to Camarillo premium outlets around 1hr. Great hotel to stay. " - Anonymous
