"THe resturant was closed so couldn't get room service, the kettle was filthy and when we asked for another one the manager basically told us he would look for another one or we would just have to make do. We also requested a cot and had to wait at least 2hours before one was brought to our room. We shall not ever be staying here again. " - Anonymous
