"Great location! Not satisfied with the staff in reception, we asked them to help me and my girlfriend to order a table at a restaurant, the guy agreed but charged us for a single call he made. They hardly smiled at arrival. The room service staff came straight in our room without knocking on the door, even though we had the "do not disturb" sign hanging outside... Irritating!! Lack in service but otherwise quiet good for a short stay as you don't spend much time at the hotel. The room was tiny, so was the bathroom. Not all the facilities written on their site were available. Such as tea/coffee maker. Do book a table at [other hotel] for a dinner, it's fantastic!!" - Wakas Asif
