"Location proximate to the Metro and the bus to Gare du Nord is very good, but the street-front room we were initially allocated was tiny and noisy. A larger, quieter room was provided after discussions, but basically this is an old, tired property in need of refurbishment and providing a very ordinary breakfast for the price.
