"This hotel is in a great location! they gave us a smoking room on day 1 but we asked to be changed as we had initially booked a non smoking room - although 0 they had no knowledge of this (so they say) the rom was dirty and along with the whole floor, stank! however; we moved to a new room the next day and it was fine - apart from in the morning between 5 and 7am the pipework was noisy as people had showers! closing the door sorted out that issue! other than that - brilliant location for theatre distric, broadway and metro... pretty good for the price!" - Anonymous
