While beeing in the hotel, however, municipal transportation (tram) is very convenient. "Phew, our initial reaction at the front desk was, thankfully, not the true hotel experience at all. The lady at the reception on our arrival (and departure) did not suit the hotel... unfriendly, unwelcoming and as if we were an intrusion. All other staff were what you'd expect from a hotel of this calibre, friendly and efficient. Both rooms we booked were adequate. The highlight of the hotel is the breakfast and the delightful breakfast staff...they are sensational. And the capuccino's they make are delicious. Any request is met with enthusiastic response... our son was ill with a sore throat... hot water and lemon and some pills readily prepared.
