"It would have been nice to know that there is no elevator, I had to drag my heavy suitcase up six flights of stairs to the attic room with a bad back. There was no phone in the room! The next morning, after dragging my suitcase down the six flights of stairs, then going around to the other building to check out and eat breakfast, I was not in the mood to drag it down another set of stairs to the breakfast room, I opted to have breakfast elsewhere. "Breakfast in other part of hotel....have to walk outside in cold or heat to go there........no air conditioning.........very small ensuite shower very tiny if you drop the soap dont try and pick it up !.........
when husband sick and we asked for a doctor ....staff not very helpful at all...(that is if they could speak English and understand properly )." - Anonymous
