"1. The location of the hotel is excellent. Service was generally pretty good.
2. The hotel did not have any cleenex or tissue in the bathroom, even though there was a slot for tissue. When I asked for one, they said they did not have any nor did they have any plan to have any.
3. The airconditioning unit dripped water on the floor and there was always a puddle of water on the floor just beneath the unit.
4. The knob on the water spout in the bathtub which you pull to turn water from the showerhead did not exist or broken but not fixed. It was quite a trick to pull the device without the knob to get the water from the shower.
5. The TV did not work. And repeated requests it did not get fixed.
6. The breakfast buffet was rather unremarkable.
7. Other than the excellent location, I did not think the price of the hotel was matched the amenities.

" The room was very ordinary. Everything was old, more suiting a hostel than anything good. No view but I expected that as I didn pay top price. The check in was a ridiculous 3 in the afternoon & as I had flown onight I just wanted to sleep but had to wait 3 hours. Maybe its not a lot but I paid $100Au and could have got the same for half the price. The breakfast however was excellent. " - Butch Sommer
"The hotel is nice, nothing too flashy but comfortable, well maintained and clean. The breakfast was very good. The only problem was the staff, specially the receptionists. Check in took about 1 hour because no one seemed to understand the form printed from Rates to go and wanted to charge us more than what it said there. Meanwhile, we were sent to our room, only to find out that it was the wrong one (we had paid for a deluxe) and they said it showed standard on their computer, even though it said deluxe on the form. Once we established that was indeed the right price and got the right room, we were served by another receptionist and the whole thing started again! We received no apologies for the inconvenience and left us very frustrated. Non of the staff seem to speak good english or spanish (we do) which is a bit poor considering itīs an international hotel and made things harder. The hotel is fine, if everything runs smoothly and you havenīt got great expectations on the service." - Anonymous
