"Very nice and helpful staff. The location, though not in the centre, is well-connected by bus and tram and there are also plenty of nice shops and restaurants in the vicinity. The rooms at the back look onto a little park and are very quiet. My basic criticism would be on maintenance and the quality of the breakfast ... both need some improvement." - Anonymous
"It's a bit far from the tourist area round the 'grote markt' but it has some very fine restaurants in the neighboorhood. Topattraction down the street is the 'Horta house'. The hotel has no special charm but is ok. I think the normal prices are way to high." - frank wouters
