"Room stank of cigarettes and had an ash tray despite supposedly being a "non-smoking" room. We were quoted a price for "2 adults, 1 child plus 1 infant requiring a cot", but at the end of the stay they said the quoted price didn't include the cot fee of $42. They yelled and swore at us in front of our kids when we objected to paying for it. They were very offensive. We won't go back." - Nigel Grebert
"We found the accomodations were very clean, up to date and very well maintained within the unit as well as the common areas. The outdoor balconies on the first level were a nice touch. We had a corner unit so the area was more of an outdoor patio that was covered with a ceiling fan and lights. Very nice to sit outside with coffee in the morning. The kitchen was very nicely set with dishes and utensils. Johnny and his wife were very accomodating in lending transformers and helping us find & book tours that were exactly what we were looking. For the Snorkel & Scuba trip he booked for us, we were picked-up on time, our registrations were all set-up and the day went very smooth. The tour company he directed us to was exactly what we were looking for and we had a great day with lots of awesome pics to show off! I would definitely stay there again as well as recommend it to anyone.
