Our rooms are able to cater to various budgets and configurations. All our rooms have kitchenettes with microwaves, refrigerators, and others feature balconies which offer views over Chalmers street into the city. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms, hairdryers, fans, colour television, radio-clock, coffee/tea making facilities and direct dial telephone for both local and international calls. The focal point of Central Railway is the outdoor courtyard, where guests can relax and read the daily papers or mingle with the other guests.

"The hotel can be very hard to find unless you really know where to look and, because it is on a one way street, if you miss it you will spend a lot of time driving around the blocks to find it. My advice would be to call ahead and get the exact directions. Rooms were simple but comfortable and in a good location, with the main train station for Sydney about a 5 min walk down the road. Owing to an extensive renovation during which the building was completely re-fitted and refurbished, the hotel now comprises some 40 brand new guest rooms each with its own unique charm. Stunning contemporary design elements produced by leading Australian design guru Katrina Studios, have fuse simplicity with modern livability and convenience at the Central Railway Hotel.
All our non-smoking guestrooms in a variety of bedding configurations feature; air conditioning, WIFI access, Microwave ovens, toasters, crockery and tea coffee facilities .
