"Very unfriendly staff. Manager promised hotelinfo, which was not available in the room, but it never reached me also after several reminder. Toilet in bathroom smells like an unclean public urinal. Brakefast service very poor all hot items are almost cold. Pre cooked fried eggs are alwys cold. Pool towels are very stained and most of the time also not available. " - Anonymous
"This Hotel is located close to the beach in a very pleasant part of Pattaya. Very close to the shops and stalls. The staff are so friendly. Basically a very well run hotel. The food at breakfast is one of the best I have bhad regarding choice and quality. I would like to visit again. An excellent hotel for good value." - STEPHEN GREEN
"This hotel is good for location, specially meeting peoples but who want some business facilities as well or internet communication, then it would not be good. Hotel Staffs were friendly and breakfast were so so. We have been allocated one room on 8th floor and
the telephone line were faulty and no direct dialing phone.
