"This hotel was wonderful and I will stay there again. We had a group of 5 people arriving from many places at different times. The staff was very kind to help coordinate things, store our bags, and accommodate all of our requests. They were also helpful in arranging entrance times at museums and recommending dining spots. "This is a nice 2star hotel with average facilities. However, the people are quite helpful and friendly, so that you really enjoy your stay with them. The breakfast was included in our package and was quite OK and you may call it reach for a 2star hotel's breakfast. The location of the hotel is quite good as it is just near the Medici Chapel and Duomo. There is even a super market just next door to the hotel. Within 1 min walking there is also a square with many cheap but good restaurants." - Minhao Zhang
"I booked this online and was worried about its location and its general condition as it wasnt expensive at all, but everything was great! the location was spot on, 5 minutes walk from the cathedral and thats walking really slow! more importantly though it was clean so what more could you want?
