"The rooms were huge, clean and comfortable. Be sure to note there is no air conditioning and there are no fans in the room. While the people at the Exchange Office next door are helpful, it is not the same as having somebody at the front desk, so if you need a concierge, look elsewhere. The location is perfect. The restaurant where they send you for breakfast (Square) is fabulous. Try going there for dinner! We’d stay there again in a heartbeat – when it is not hot." - Anonymous

"took my girl here for 4 year anniversary of meeting her. Fabulous. location excellent. lady on reception (dark haired lady) was ever so helpful and spoke excellent english, and took all the time we needed to answer questions, and gave us some really good information. This hotel is 20 metres from the bridge!! fab time, lovely riverboat cruise - over other side of charles bridge, down to left (the staff wear sailor uniforms ) 290 krona- Superb cruise, Do it! Please try to give a message to veronica -the blonde czech girl tour guide , tell her thanks for making our trip (Jon and Abi). We took the small boat as the big one was filling up, and ended up having a personal tour with just her, as there were no other people !!! She also recommended a fabulous restaurant, in the river, further down the river, which is the best restaurant I have ever been to in my life (its terraced out onto the river) She recommended it as her favourite, and she certainly has taste!
