"All rooms are smoking and they spray to get rid of the odor which may not satisfy all. The staff were very helpful and that along would support my recommendation to use the hotel.

"Very friendly and helpful staff, especially front desk. The breakfast was excellent and nicely presented every morning. Personally I would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room but that is not a major criticism. The hotel is ideally situated for visitors touring, there are a number of restaurants and cafes nearby, a Metro a minute away and a 15 minute walk to Arc de Triomphe. "It looks very old and dirty building. Need to keep the cleaness both the ouside and interior. Entering the room, I felt musty smell. Bed cover is dirty. Telephon line and power connector is poor contact. There's no baggage room to keep." - Anonymous
