"Very nice reception and rooms. Glad we stayed on the 8th floor as on a sat night it is a little loud. Lifts a little slow. Didnt eat there so can not comment. Location great as had friend in Potts point. Close to train stationa and walked to Oxford street. Would stay there again." - Anonymous

"Chiftley Potts Point has been given a great facelift! It is completely different ( and in a good way) from the old Crest Hotel. The rooms are simple and modern. Interior is funky. If you want to be near the cafe strip and nightlife in Potts point and Darlinghurst - this is a great location. I stayed when they just relaunched the hotel so there were visible teething issues - problems with the cable TV stations, spa service not available. Hopefully, these issues will be resolved moving forward. " - Anonymous
