"We had a terrible experience at the hotel- very noisy room, constant interrruptions at night, broken sofa bed, no microwave in the kitchen, blood on blankets. I spent four of the five nights sleeping in a different room and the last night I spent on a broken sofa bed as I just did not have the energy to go and complain again. We would never stay there again.
