"The room was not properly clean (carpert floor not properly vaccum) and we notice a small cockroach crawling on the bed when we check in.
Hotel room view is bad, the room either face a medical centre or face burial ground.
The only consolation is the receptionists are courteous and helpful." - yap thiam hock
