"The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, speaking fluent English. The rooms are well sized and clean. The en-suite was very large and well laid out. It is extremely centrally located with lots of restaurants and shops just down the street, and with pretty much everything else in Hamburg less than a 10 minute metro ride away. And with the main Hamburg train station being only 100m away it couldn't be easier.
My only slightly negative comment is:
The hotel could do with air-con as even though it was March when we went, the room was always very hot when we returned to it. And the heating was off. This meant we had to sleep with the window open, and because we were on the 1st floor I didn't feel 100% safe about it as there was no way of locking the window half open." - Stuart Hattrick Alan Stevens

"Great location, very small rooms(inner City Hotel), friendly staff, rich breakfast, hotel has been renovated recently. When you are not to particular(this is not The Four Seasons), and can stand City noice during night, this is good value for money. " - Anonymous
