"Room was clean. Has everything one reasonably expects from a budget motel, plus a few extras like swimming pool, pool table, small gym and tennis court. Restaurant closed early and only offered limited choice of food. The extra folding bed for the third person in the room was not comfortable. Hotel Description:    The hotel consists of 63 hotel rooms plus 3 fully serviced self contained apartments. All accommodation rooms open out onto a beautiful indoor tropical garden atrium. Our a la Carte restaurant is open for breakfast - 7 Days a week and dinner - Closed Sundays. Room service is also available. Hotel features include: express checkout service, modem rooms, indoor heated salt water pool, complimentary sauna & gym, foxtel and tennis courts.

Getting There: Sydney - Off the federal Highway, turn left onto the Queanbeyan exit (Sutton Road). Follow along until you get to a T intersection, turning left onto Yass road and under the railway bridge. You will find the hotel on the right hand side
Check-in Procedure: A $50 refundable cash deposit or a credit card imprint will be requested on check in.

Car Parking: Off street secure parking (no charge).
Child Policy: No extra charge for children using existing bedding. The room rate is based on two adults in the room with extra adult at a charge of $20.00 per person. cots are $10.00 each.
