"There where no coffe cups in room and when we asked for some we had to go to cafe and get them our seleves because i up graded to a room with balcony on arrivel and l wanted to pay up front which l thought l had but then l was told bill was not payed the bill got very confusing and l felt they didint really know what they where doing still not sure what i ended up paying for my room untill l get my visa statment but saying that the cafe was very help full when l asked for plates and cutlery so l could cook over at the park across the road the cafe get my thanks and a gold star ****** the hotel reception needs more training and need to know whats going on. And the free in house movies we waited and it never played ? " - Gina Joyce

Reception is open from 6am - 11pm, in-house "Quattro" restaurant, Foxtel channels, in room broadband internet access, guest laundry, function and conference facilities and plenty of on-site parking.
Just 5 mins. walk to Glenelg, 10 mins. drive to the airport & 20 mins. drive to Adelaide City Centre.
Glenelg has a lovely sandy beach and the main street Jetty Road is a bustling business district with a cosmopolitan, casual atmosphere. It's lined with a variety of shops, alfresco cafes, restaurants and night spots. Trams depart every 20 mins. for Adelaide City Centre.
