"The personal should helpt the tourist more with giving explanation about what is to get/find in the neighbourhood of the hotel, for example if you want to go to a internet shop, pedicure or manicure, etc. They do not know much about what is to be explored in the neighbourhood of the hotel.
What is really bad is that you pay a lot of money and there is not an internet access, unless you have your own laptop; there should be at least one computer down at the reception for guests who do not have a laptop with them.
The price is much too high for the services you get; there is no swimming pool for example, so the price should not be this high.

"Very close to a good selection of restaurants. Well connected for buses and trains (the L). Nicely decorated. Good facilities for this sort of hotel. Good breakfast, but a few more breakfast tables would have been better (rather than sofas/coffee tables), but it's a multi-functional area and that's the worst comment we've got to make." - Anonymous
