"An ideal location for travellers coming to Sydney using train and bus from airport. Handy for main city shopping. Currently being refurbished (long overdue). Reception staffed by what seemed like young overseas backpackers, need to be more aware of what is meant by non-smkoing rooms (i.e. rooms on non-smoking floors). Our guests are within easy walking distance of the Opera House, Circular Quay, the historical Rocks area, Darling Harbour, Chinatown, theatres and major shopping outlets. An affordable hotel with friendly staff always ready to provide guests with the very best of service. 24 hour room service, all day dining, concierge, Lobby Bar, Features restaurant, gymnasium.
It is a security requirement that you supply photo ID or 2 acceptable forms of non photo ID on check in. Credit card preauthorisation or $100 refundable cash deposit is also required. Check in time is 1400 hours (2.00p.m.)

Getting There: From the airport straight to our door: catch the airport link train from Domestic or International terminal railway stations direct to Wynyard station, just 50 metres from the hotel in York Street. Countrylink passenger trains terminate at Central Station - change at CityRail platforms to Wynyard station.

Catch a taxi, Kingsford Smith Airport shuttle bus. By car the hotel is located on the corner of York & Margaret Streets 300 metres off the Harbour Bridge York Street exit.
Check-in Procedure: It is a security requirement that you supply photo ID or 2 acceptable forms of non photo ID on check in. Credit card preauthorisation or $100 refundable cash deposit is also required. Check in time is 1400 hours ( 2.00p.m.)
Car Parking: Carparking is available at an additional charge of $20.00 per night. This is subject to availability and is NOT guaranteed. The entrance is off Margaret Street.
Child Policy: Rates for a standard room are for up to 2 people. A maximum of 3 guests can be accommodated per standard room for an additional charge of AU$30.00 per adult/child, per night, utlising a rollaway bed or existing double/single configuration. Rollaways & twin beds are NOT guaranteed even if requested.
Infant cots are supplied free of charge.
Studio apartments are for double/single occupancy only - no twins are available.
High chairs are available in Features Restaurant on the ground floor.
