"Although the complex is a little dated the service truly makes up for it! I stayed here for 7 days and everyday they were most helpful. I went there for the tennis and wanted a couple of extra tickets, so the receptionist looked into some options for me (without me knowing) and phoned to say she had found some. I was so happy! Also one day I needed to do my laundry, but it was occupied. The cleaning lady took it for me. When I returned my laundry was clean, dryed and folded!
Tram is 50mtr away and gets you anywhere and it's a 10-15walk to St Kila Road, Luna Park etc. I could go on.....they are just great at this hotel. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. " - deborah paulsen
"Poorly maintained property, carpet and furniture marked and threadbare, soundproofing non existent, kept awake until 5 a.m. by occupants across hall, needs secure carpark to deter druggies.
