"The room was small and spartan but clean and comfortable enough for the price which included breakfast. The bathroom had been upgraded but the workmanship of the tiling was very shoddy and amateurish and will certainly detract from the appearance of cleanliness fairly quickly over time. There were rolls of carpet about to be laid - I do hope they intend repainting first! Well situated in the city and the breakfast was good." - Rosalie Goodger

"A beautiful art-deco style building that is currently going through a phased refurbishment. Perfectly positioned to walk into the Hay Street Mall, Perth (150 meters).
Room had everything needed, although the toilet roll holder was broken. Air-con effective and, best of all, silent!
Hotel located in the Asian food end of Hay street with a traditional Japanese eatery next door (discount applied), and a bar/bottleshop (not used).
