Crown Hotel Frankfurt

"I would only reccommend this hotel if you need to be close to the main train station. The rooms are clean but pretty basic. The hotel is surrounded by seedy strip clubs and adult shops, not a great area for kids. The staff are grumpy and sullen. There are better places to stay." - Anonymous

"1. The shower area was bad - not cordoned off properly with a full-length curtain or a shower door, resulting in the entire bathroom getting wet after a shower. 2. The breakfast was certainly not good - just boiled eggs, coffee/tea, rolls, butter, jams, cheese, sliced meat. No yoghurt, cakes, croissants, fruit were provided. 3. The hotel is in the heart of the red light district - not good as I took my wife and kids with me. 4. The towels were not replaced on the second day of our stay. We had to use the smaller towels to wipe the wet bathroom floor and these were not replaced. 5. Based on the above, I'll not stay at that hotel again.
