"Nice hotel and I got very good deal . However the original price (SG$350) is more than expected in my opinion for a hotel in this class. The room is clean, nice and well maintained but you can see it is refurbished old room by some details remained in the room.

"hotel room and facilities are all average, slightly average is service. room service is bad and long. the receptionist however is fantastic, i have even allowed to checked in before 11 am! the lounge is good where you can enjoy yourself after long day. swimming pool and gym is good but difficult to reach and never allow your children to go by themself they might get lost! the japanese rest downstair is highly recommended with pleasant service and good food, a bit pricy though." - Andre Djuana
"It was a great experience. A very nice location, friendly environment, very close to the Orchard and Somerset MRT stations which are just at a walking distance.
Orchard road where the hotel is located is full of shopping centres. Looks very busy street at night.
Overall its a very good choice and becomes more recommendable if they lower the price per night stay.

"the main thing that strikes me the most is that no ONE answer the phones, may it be the reception, concierge, etc. The only exception is the operator. Housekeeping staffs are very good as they do help us when needed (once we can contact them), the rest, very poor service especially the operator and reception. Will never stay there again." - Anonymous
