"The coffee shop supervisor (breakfast) is very friendly and professional. The front desk staff is friendly and efficient. The fresh fruit juice station is brilliant, great croissants and Danish pastries. The uniform’s worn by the breakfast shift at the coffee shop looked tired and worn out. "This was the second hotel that I stayed at in Surfers Paradise, and it is vey clean and in good location. Bus services run by the hotel with reasonable charges which made our movement in the city somewhat easier. It has a resturaunt that turns around it self which is worth to dine at. Getting There: Located on the Gold Coast Highway, just an easy walk from the patrolled surf beach, the Crowne Plaza Surfers Paradise is just 25 minutes from Coolangatta Airport, 60 minutes from Brisbane and three minutes from Jupiters Casino, Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre and Pacific Fair Shopping Centre.
Check-in Procedure: Guests will be required to provide an imprint of a valid credit card or a small cash deposit and photo identification to cover incidental charges on arrival.
Car Parking: Free under cover parking (subject to availability).
Valet parking is $5 per day.
Child Policy: Children under the age of 19 using existing bedding stay free. If a roll-away is required an additional charge of $50 per person per night applies.
