"Very friendly staff. Short walk to the Promenade des Anglais, about 10 mins walk to train station. Good value internet cafe a few doors down. Only slight drawback would be the lack of sound proofing from rooms overhead. Otherwise, i'd recommend this hotel for anyone on a moderate budget." - Colin Courtney

"Cramped but clean, I'd stay again for the price. Friendly front desk but breakfast, served only in the rooms, is a disaster. You give your breakfast time the night before but kitchen staff serves it whenever it suits them, usually a half hour early. Suspect they are also the cleaning staff. Coffee's gross but delicious croissants. Double glazed windows keep room quiet with fan to cool things. Long walk to Place Massena but good restuarants in walking distance esp. Lebanese and Morrocan. Hotel Description:    Welcome in two stars hotel with his friendly staff and comfortable rooms.We are just near the beach and 7 min walk from the center of the town.You need onle 15 min to go to the old town or to the train station.

Our rooms are all with private bath/shower and WC,TV,telephone.We have also some rooms with a kitchenette for only 5euros more per night.

We are waiting for you !!!

Getting There: Very easy to get there, coming from the airport (6 km) just turn left 4 streets before the Negresco hotel (ANDRIOLI street) and continue straight 2min.If you come by bus you can take 99 ar 98 from the Terminal 1 or 2 (bus stop is Promenede-Gambetta) ot bus 23 from the Terminal 1 (Bus stop is Gambetta-Dante)
We are situated 12 Andrioli str.
If you come from the train station you can take bus 23 (Bus stop is Gambetta-Dante).
