"The best part about this hotel is its location. It's right in the upper west side, between Broadway and Amsterdam, and there's a subway station in the corner, as well as a bus stop. The service and cleanliness are pretty average, but it's a very good choice for a last minute trip." - Anonymous
"I had the darkest room in the whole universe - an inner room with extremely limited natural light, but it was quiet, and compared to other New York hotels it wasn't that expensive. The location is excellent, a short ride on the subway to Times Square and a short walk to Central Park and some good local places to eat and drink. " - Derek Knight
"I think hotel service/willingness to help is the strength of this hotel. The people in the reception really really helpful i.e. shuttle information, general info on subway, wifi internet, etc. And on top of that, the hotel is clean. Location is a bit far from downtown, however lots of eating place around the hotel. The price is a bit more expensive for a hotel that located far from downtown." - Anonymous
"The service was not good, and the rooms left a lot to ask. In the hallway it was dirty, and the beds very short. The location rather good, but for the price - not worth it!! " - Jenny Sjoberg
