Located at NewQuay, you will enjoy a cosmopolitan waterfront experience with restaurants, bars and cafes at your front doorstep, integrated into a setting featuring some of Melbourne’s best public art pieces.
Each apartment includes a spacious lounge/dining area with entertainment unit, including CD and TV/VCR or DVD. They also include fully equipped kitchens including dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven and stove. Other features include beautifully appointed bathrooms with bath/shower, internal laundry, private balcony and security intercom. Facilities include heated swimming pools, jogging track and undercover security car parking.
NewQuay offers a range of facilities and amenities onsite including restaurants, bottle shop, chemist, medical centre, bakery and supermarket, all within walking distance.

As St Mangos Lane does not have street parking, it is best to park in our tempory car park on the corner of Saint Mangos Lane and Docklands Drive and walk to our reception to check in.

Getting There: By train, Spencer Street station is located within Docklands.

By tram, the City Circle Tram provides free and convenient transport to Harbour Esplanade at NewQuay.

By road, from the City take La Trobe or Collins Street extension westward over Spencer Street, turn right into Harbour Esplanade, left into Docklands Drive and left into Aquitania Way. From the north and west, follow Footscray Road east until it becomes Harbour Esplanade or come over the Westgate Bridge and take the Montague Street/Footscray Road exit, turning left onto Wurundjeri Way, then right into Aquitania Way. From the south and east get onto the Westgate Freeway and take the Montague Street/Footscray Road exit then turn right onto Wurundjeri Way, then right into Aquitania Way.

From Melbourne Airport, follow the Tullamarine freeway, then take the Footscray Road exit and turn right into Docklands Drive, then left into Aquitania Way.
Check-in Procedure: Located at 23 Saint Mangos Lane. 24 hour reception.
Strict Policy: Credit card payment by registerd Guest only (not relative or 3rd party). On check-in a valid Credit card (not a debit card)and Photo ID are required. The authorised signatory for the credit card must be a registered guest. A cash bond may be required.
Car Parking: Car parking is charged at $10.00 per night and 1 allocated car space per apartment booked. Additional Car parks are available in the public car park on Docklands Drive ($15.00 per night).
Child Policy: One Bedroom Apartment rates are for a maximum of 2 people, an additional AU$49.00 is payable for a third person occupying a rollaway bed.

Two Bedroom Apartment rates are for a maximum of 4 people, an additional AU$49.00 is payable for a fifth person occupying a rollaway bed.

Three Bedroom Apartment rates are for a maximum of 6 people, an additional AU$49.00 is payable for a seventh person occupying a rollaway bed.
