"5 star Experience. This hotel was great and the service was by far the best I have ever experienced in NYC. They upgraded us to a suite for no extra charge because one was available. The staff was knowledgeable, courteous, helpful, etc. The location is prime and the rooms were so clean you could eat off the floor. We called for extra pillow and I swear the housekeeping was there in 2 minutes. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The price was unheard of in NYC, great rates.
