Travel information counter, receptionists of bus ticket booth and buses' and taxi's driver did not know where this hotel was located. More details to access information should be provided. "I extended my stay in Taipei together with a collague of mine at Holiday Inn East Taipei. The hotel was above our expectations as it was very clean, comfortable,spacious and had free wi-f! We had to check out really early the next morning for an early flight but the hotel were kind enough to pack us breakfast boxes with yoghurt milk. How delightful! The only set-back was the distance away from the city-centre but that was compensated by the availability of the shuttle service by the hotel itself. Note though that those keen to use the shuttle service should reserve seats in advance (both ways)in order to avoid disappointment. I would definitely stay in this hotel again if I do visit Taipei in the near future. " - Anonymous
