"The stay in Unilodge was good. The twin room was small but bright, and all appliances (A/C, hairdryer, taps, TV) were working properly. I would say it was clean if not for the one cockroach I saw one night. Location is good, about 15 mins walk from the city centre, but bus is abundant. And very convenient as it is next to the shopping centre. Front desk service was helpful and friendly (but can improve with better grooming). I left a document in my room after checking out and the staff (special mention to Kylie) happily sent the document back to me in Melbourne and promptly too. They also went out of their way to call me to let me know after they sent the document. I guess it depends on your luck whether you get good or bad service, as at other places. Overall a good experience. I think cheaper than YHA's double room (although YHA has better location in the city). I would recommend for singles or young couples, but for family and older couples, get a bigger (more deluxe?) room." - Sok Ng
