"This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. Staff helpful and the hotel itself is quite central, being opposite the southern cross train station. We had a twin room which was quite big when compared to other comparable hotels. Will stay there again when visiting melbourne." - Adrian Scott
"Personally I like where the hotel is located. It is mid way between city centre and South Bank/New Quey and very close by to tram stop and also just a minute or two away to sky bus terminal. "Very clean, and extremely well situated for those travelling from the airport - the airport shuttle stops a very short distance away from the hotel. Breakfast is good but rather expensive if you only have the continental version (there is no different pricing for continental/cooked breakfasts, unlike in some other Ibis hotels I have stayed at). Another downside would be the view from the room: mine was right onto the waste disposal! But my general impression is positive - I would stay there again." - Anonymous
