"This place is situated in a lively neighborhood and it is quite clean. The only thing is that there is no breakfast...it should not be called a B&B. Also, I had to call the number when I got to the door because there was no receptionist at the location. Luckily I had a phone to use. " - Anonymous

Located in the heart of La Spezia city centre the lodgings “Il Centro” is few kilometres from Cinque Terre, Lerici and Portovenere.
“Il Centro” is near public gardens and the beautiful sea-front “Passeggiata Morin” where boat services link 5 Terre, Lerici, Portovenere, Portofino and other interesting places in the eastern coast.
Easy walking distance of the railway station allows tourist to visit Cinque Terre using frequent shuttle service. The lodging “Il Centro” is set near the pedestrian area, in a most desirable site with shopping streets and offering restaurants, bars, boutiques and museums (Museum of Modern Art –CAMEC-, seal museum, naval museum and Museo Lia).
The lodgings has 5 bedrooms: one single room, two double rooms, and two triple rooms. All rooms has been carefully refurbished in 2005. All rooms with colour television, fridge, strong-box and deafen walls.

BY TRAIN:
Out of the railway station go left in Via Pietro Paleocapa, the street goes down and go about 150 meters, at the roundabout straight ahead till Piazza Garibaldi then keep on walking in Via Prione till you reach Piazza Mentana where you'll turn left in Via Fazio. The lodgings "Il Centro" is on the right side at number 74.
BY CAR:
At the end of the beltway (after you've paid the highway) you are in Via Carducci, go ahead till the very end of it turn left in Viale Italia and go about 1,3 km. Turn right and go about 200 meters and turn right and go ahead in Via Bartolomeo Fazio for about 200 meters. The lodgings "Il Centro" is on the left side at number 74.
