"Basic hotel in average area out of the city. Close to transport. Staff not very friendly though helpful. Airconditioning noisy. A strange unpleasant smell in the room on arrival. Was able to check in early." - Denise Astle

"The [your website] advertisement for this hotel states that it has a health centre and swimming pool facility. It was extremely disappointing to discover that the use of the pool was not included in the daily rate and incurred an additional cost of AU$20 per day. It was not surprising to see the pool consistently empty. In addition, it was forbidden to bring any food or drink into the hotel - rather, order from their hugely overpriced restaurant menu that didn't provide much of a selection. What kind of regulation is this? This hotel seriously needs to re-evaluate their policies if they want to attract more long-term guests. " - Anonymous

"The room carpet was dirty and there were trays of food on the corridors for many hours waiting for someone to be pick up. The water in the indoor pool was cold. but the hotel was going into some painting work which is good. the other bad point was that not so many taxi drivers knew how to get there." - Anonymous
