"Hotel was fine; hidden away up a side street more or less directly east of the Trevi Fountain and south of the Spanish Steps. Breakfast wasn't brilliant (cold pastries, bread, luncheon meat, jam, juice and dubious cornflakes) but what do you expect for this price? Staff very helpful in giving directions and advice, rooms clean but a bit small. Easy walk to most of Rome's attractions - Trevi, Spagnola, Colosseum, Spar shop closeby (food stores a rarity in central Rome) and no eyebrows raised about "picnicking" in the room!" - Anonymous
"Good hotel at central but quiet location for a low price. Breakfast was adequate. I had to share the shower, but is was clean and I didn't have to wait." - Floris Bakermans
"This hotel is in a great location being near the Trevi Fountain. If you go wandering the streets and alleys, there are maning signs directing you back to the Trevi and it's then very easy to get back to Hotel Julia. The staff are very helpful and they also offer free internet!! Depending on the room you get though some of the showers are very pokey, as we changed rooms 4 times due to our traveling circumstances. "Hotel location very convenient for Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps." - Anonymous
