"This hotel is in an OK location. It is a nice location next to Harbour City shopping centre, but it is some distance for the closest MTR station. It takes a 5-10 minute walk in the heat to the closest station. But, overall I really did not like this hotel. The service was shocking. Often no one at the door. Conceirge invisible. Not even anyone to take my bag to my room. The checkin staff member was also very unfriendly. Basically, I would not recommend this hotel as it had the most unfriendly staff I have ever encountered in a 4 or 5 star hotel." - Anonymous
