"The Hotel is new and therefore furnishings etc are fresh. Also calm, restful colours used - classic modern interior design. Double glazing protects well from noise from nearby main road. Merivale Manor - our luxury Christchurch accommodation is available in both studio units and manor rooms in the elegant and tree lined area of Merivale.
The Merivale Manor began life in the 1880's and has been transformed into elegant luxury accommodation. We also have the architecturally designed studio units that compliment the Manor.
The Studio Units and Manor Rooms are self-contained and all fitted with the latest appliances and accessories for guests who seek a home away from home: plasma TVs, broadban safe internet, granite work surfaces, gorgeous bathrooms, beautifully decorated rooms and comfortable beds.
Merivale Manor is situated in a great location approximately 500m to Merivale Mall with premier shopping, dining and entertainment options. A bus stop by the door and within minutes you're in the heart of the City. We are within easy walking distance of St Georges Hospital, the Hospice or Nurse Maude Hospital and only a short drive to the City Centre, Jade Stadium, WestpacTrust Centre, Railway Station, the Airport and Christchurch Hospital.
