"Location is this hote's only saving grace. Newly renovated lobby gives the impression of a 4-5 star hotel, but the room itself has very old furnishings and is in original (and old) condition. I was amazed to find that the air conditioning temperature could not be varied, and we had to request a heater! Staff at the front desk were extremely rude. This hotel is most definitely over-rated as a 4 star, a 3-star rating is more suitable. Do your research, there are plenty of other hotels in the area that will live up to their 4-star rating." - Kristine Seeto

The Renovation of guestrooms has now confirmed to start on 14 May 2008 and is targeted for completion by Mar 2009. The above building works will be conducted daily from 09:00am - 6:00pm except Sundays and Public Holidays where there will be no renovation work."
