"Excellent location, right in the charming Santa Cruz barrio, you will find these well-equipped and cosy apartments. They are ideal for families, even the small apartment easily sleeps 2 adults and 2 (minor) children. Friendly, english speaking staff.
You may experience some noise from the street at night, e.g. from the waste collectors, BUT most of the time itīs so quiet you wonīt believe you are right in the middle of a big city. If arriving by car you should spare some 15 Euros/day in your budget to park your car in the nearby car park.
Our daughter forgot her much beloved cuddly toy in the apartment when we left. The staff at Murillo took our "loss" very seriously and acted very eagerly to find it. They traced the toy to have gone with the linen, but nevertheless they found it and sent it to us. In my opinion a customer service way beyond what you could expect!" - Anonymous
