"Nice boutique style hotel in good central area. Rooms are slightly small but this is common in SF. My only inconvenience was after having arrived on a long haul flight from Australia at around midday, i was told to come back after 3pm for check-in. Good clean rooms (smoke-free so no bad stale smells), good location, and helpful staff. I would stay again. " - Benjamin Creek

"WOW - truly the best kept secret in San Francisco! I will always stay here when visiting - spotless rooms, very clean - incredible victorian decor - great breakfast and wonderful evening happy hour - great Italian restaurant on the first floor, too! The staff was very kind and let me store my suitcases while I did tourist stuff all day - definitely stay here, folks - the rooms are all filled with antique victorian furniture and a teddy bear!!
