"The worst hotel that we stayed in New Zealand. We stayed in 20 other.
The manager cancelled the breakfast on New Years day, so we couldn't
get anything to eat.
Access to the rooms was via 2 lifts ( elevators ) and the car park and
several stairs. Totally unsuitable as a hotel. Particularly if carrying any luggage.
Inadequate car park space.

"Comfortable modern rooms with excellent views of the lake. Some reception staff quite curt. Good dining room with very friendly staff. Paper thin walls - could be an issue for some people but generally a very quiet location. Some distance from the centre of Queenstown." - Anonymous

"very warm suites with fantastic views. only 20min walk to queenstown. staff were very helpful in booking activities etc. there was no information booklet about the hotel and facilities in the hotel room. so we did not realise there was a gym until we checked out, or that the rooms were not serviced daily." - julie mcdonald
