"We have stayed in this hotel on several occasions and had made only very good experiences. The only issue we had has been with the bill as we had twice problems to get the money released that was used for deposits. However, we are going back there soon and recommend this to anyone that wants to indulge them selfs or have pets they like to take. "The Observatory Hotel is a delightful boutique hotel with beautifully decorated rooms which are now 15 years old and I think some asoects of the common areas of the hotel and the rooms may need a face lift. The walls look slightly tired and outmoded. Originally the wall paper would have been appropriate and good qualty. Keep the same style but with a fresher look. A small portable, stylish radio or easy to use FM system not acccessible through the TV would be more than welcome. " - Anonymous
