"Overall lovely hotel. Rooms were very clean and kept that way for the 5 days we were there. My only complaint was the pool area. Limited sunlounges, which were very ratty and unkept. The hotel towels from guests were left there for the entire afternoon once used and dirty plates, glasses the same..

"One of the nicest properties in Port Douglas, the rooms are very Glam, furnished in the latest and greatest stuff (but maybe too much furniture).
