"Unfortunately the staff at Pacific Prince did not & would not present me with an itemised bill, and I was substantially overcharged - a figure which the attendant eventually agreed was an error 100,000 dong (25% of the bill for 2 nights) in his favour. I believe the final total we agreed upon still included a substantial 'tip' for him.
