"the location is the best thing... it is located just of the steps, and every room has a veiw of the steps. wouldn't stay anywhere else.
Facilites are limited and breakfast in room, is not great, but the veiw is! rooms are small and basic, but clean!

"A wonderful location looking out over the Spanish Steps and a good base to see the sights from. Over the weekend be aware that it can be noisy on the steps so go out and enjoy the atmosphere. The room, 305, was basic and average but OK to sleep in (which in Rome is all you need). Hotel staff were helpful." - Anonymous
