"I let them know we would check in at 1.00pm and as the plane was late we arrived at 2.15pm and our room was not ready. Kindly they allowed us to freshen up in another one as we had a party to attend.
When we checked in at 7.30pm I asked for a late check out the next morning.The receptionist said we could check out 11.30am.
The next morning our phone rang at 10.15am to see when we were checking out.There had not be any communication between the night and morning staff.
The hotel advertised as re-furbished. It must have been a long while ago.There was a musty smell everywhere.For $180 for the night I expect better.
It also advertised that it had a balcony or courtyard and we had a small paved area looking at a brushfence with no outdoor table to sit at." - Anonymous

The rooms at these apartments are well appointed with attention to detail. The large bathroom is extremely clean. We found the staff friendly and helpful in every way. The location was quiet with magnificent gardens. We have stayed at these apartments twice and look forward to staying again in the near future. A relaxed location so close to the city.

Very quiet, out of the way place. Still close to all facilities - restaurants, transport, nightlife etc (there's a GREAT pizza place 2mins away - their gourmet pizzas are the BEST in Melbourne!!). Clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful service looking forward to next stay!!

Staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Hotel is quite secluded as it is off the road - down a driveway making it both quiet and very secure.
